Dog Ordinance
All dogs & cats must be licensed.
If outdoors, all dogs must be contained.
Parking Ordinance
There is restricted parking on Main Street and Second Street. (Oct-April)
No parking on Main St. from First St. to Third St. from 2:30 a.m to 5:00 a.m.
No parking on Second St. from Barre St. to Burlington St. from 2:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
A warning ticket will be issued on the 1st offense, a $25.00 ticket on the 2nd offense and towing will take place on the 3rd offense.
Restricted parking is also in effect on residential streets using the same time frames from October to April to facilitate snow removal.
ATV Ordinance
ATVs are allowed in Kingsley but there are rules to follow. Click here for the ordinance.
Fireworks Ordinance
Fireworks are allowed in the state from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 1 through July 8 and Dec. 10 through Jan. 3. Hours are extended to 11 p.m. on July 4 and the weekends immediately preceding and following July 4.
